The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the welcome drink was a nice surprise. The style and interior decor is calm and there are nice touches such as an apple in the room when you arrive and free tea and coffee in the dining area. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location for exploring all the sites in the historical part of Porto. Breakfast was good, Room was exceptionally roomy and comfortable. Appreciated v much the upgrade. Service was great.

We are happy that selected this fantastic hotel. Hotel called us & arranged check in earlier. Hotel has a convenient parking, great view from the restaurant on the top floor, cozy rooms - we didn't hear any neighbors. The free minibar. Frodo food selection on breakfast - there is coffee from Nespresso, fresh juices, Portuguese Prosecco and local desserts. Great location in the center of Lisbon.
