Everything. The bed is super comfy. Location is excellent. Staff is super accomodative and always smiling. Kudos to Nam and Ray, they should get a raise for their professionalism.

The hotel is located in the most central area of ​​Patong. Rooms are not large but perfectly fine. The staff is kind and pleasant. The hotel is clean and new. There is a pool on the roof with an amazing view. And the pool is not huge but it is definitely enough. We had a great time at the hotel.The beach is just a few meters from the hotel and there is a lap pool adjacent to the hotel.

Great staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. It can be loud sometimes, especially when you have kids above your room, but not the hotels fault. Cleaning personal makes up your room even late at the evening if you might still have to deal with jetlag like I had. Uncomplicated check in/check out. They ask for some cash on check in.
