Beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms with great features. Extremely quiet and comfortable, the Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations. Lovely breakfast and an upscale environment. Highly recommend.

Clean room, good price, and friendly staff. All listed amenities were as expected. Overall a pleasant stay, and great value, I have had much worse for a similar price in this area. Rooms have a mini kitchen, which is great for longer stays. I will stay here again if I come back to the area.

There were a nice selection of breakfast items, including waffles and a cappacino/latte machine which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable also, and the room was clean.

The room was very quiet and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Great hospitality with an excellent location in Palo Alto. Stores and bistros are nearby. A little fitness centre is next to the swimming pool. Easy access to M101 and free parking add more value. Once you experience this, you won’t be easily satisfied in any other hotels.

This hotel is the only hotel located on the fashionable Santana Row, which features upscale dining and shopping opportunities.
