Hotel is in general really nice, good location, comfortable, with pleasant staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was delightful. All stars to this one.

The guest house offers views of the Dyje river. Only 7 parking spaces are available and reservations are required. We walked from the train station. The hotel is located in the historic old town in a very historic building with a great view of the countryside and the river. It is very near the pedestrian streets and the market. Close by is a fine restaurant in the local brewery. The hotel is altogether very nice.

I'm travelling with a dog, so, park 5 min (even less) walk distance was/is must have for me. Breakfast in the room option - I love love love it. Again, when you're travelling with a dog - this is very much helpful.
