Quiet place, a bit aside from the Lipno central attractions- just 4 min ride, looks safety for kids, villa was equipped well, really clean, no wash machine in there, but it is presented as a self service near the reception. Very quiet village in the evening.

The shared kitchen offers all amenities, including an ice maker and a pizza oven. the comfort available and we didn't have time to use everything, but it has everything you need( Though a pool would be superb). Fully equipped Kitchen available, board games, barbecue, garden, chairs, the best was the self serve beer.

Breakfast was tasty with good variety, No parking problems too. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank Thomas from the front desk team for all his help which made our stay there excellent.
