Private parking is available on site. The overall experience mas perfect. The room was actually a small apartment, almost brand new, in excellent condition, quiet, clean and comfortable. It is difficult to find something better for this price. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. As far as it concerns the location: Hotel is not in the city canter and this is known from the beginning. It is easily accessible from the highways and you do not mess with the traffic jam of Munich. It offers cheap private parking even for EVs. To reach the city centre you need to walk 10 minutes in a safe residential area to the closest metro station. From there you can go anywhere using Munich's excellent underground network.

The alpine breakfast spread was delicious. The whole place is cozy and the highlight is the indoor outdoor heated pool .

Designed in a loft style, all studios and apartments include satellite TV and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Some have a terrace up to 70 m² in size. Since we travelled with a small child, it was great to have a kitchen in the room. Also the room was clean and nice. There was no personal when we arrived but it was not required since The online check-in was simple and straightforward. There are two markets under the hotel, so we could buy anything we needed. The kitchen appliences, and necessary tools were all present. You do not need to reserve a parking, the street nearby had empty space for us all the time.

Very spacious and perfect location. There was an error on my invoice that I only realized when I got home. I contacted the hotel and they credited me for the overcharge immediately. Great service. This will be our go-to hotel if we need to stay in the center of Munich.

The Parkhotel Leiser has bright, modern rooms with a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the entire property. Very clean. Bathroom was renovated and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a very nice outdoor terrace.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains. The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, clean and furnished in a unique, I would say traditional style. The host - owner of the property was very friendly, outgoing and welcoming. We loved everything about our stay there and we would recommend the hotel 10 out of 10 times.
