Modern, clean and large room with great use of slate to provide a local feeling. The view of the hill from our room was lovely

Featuring a bar, the property is located within 19 km of Llansteffan Castle. The inn also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Beautiful accommodations, excellent food, lovely pub with exceptional draft beer.

We liked everything about this hotel. We paid extra for the SUPERIOR room, you get an extra sofa bed if needed. The room was of a good size, bathroom as expected, with a shower over the bath. The room was quiet and warm The TV & WiFi were great. The breakfast was EXCELLENT, English & Welsh Breakfast options. The evening restaurant was very enjoyable, but lacking in atmosphere due to its size. The breakfast room had great views across open countryside. This is a very nice hotel, and YES we would rebook as it's so good, an amazing find in such a beautiful location, easy for the ferry ports, shopping and access to the midlands etc.

Truly exceptional, inside and out. Every detail thoughtfully attended to. George and Linda provided attentive care without ever intruding. The breakfast table was five star. Tucked in the Welsh hillside, the 4-star Stradey Park Hotel is a converted Edwardian mansion with panoramic views of the Gower and Carmarthenshire coastline. The hotel offers guests free parking and complimentary high-speed WiFi. The hotel is accessible throughout for wheelchair users. What’s not to like ? It was a perfect location. The accommodation, the breakfast, the staff absolutely nothing to criticise. Excellent value for money. We moved on to Cornwall and can’t get over the difference in price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stradey Park Hotel

The family run Boar's Head Hotel is an historic Coaching Inn, which dates back to the early 17th Century. It is situated in the town of Carmarthen, less than half a mile from the train station and offers limited free private parking. We stayed only one night, but everything was perfect, free parking behind the hotel, very good internet and lovely breakfast,

With free WiFi access and free on-site parking, Llandovery Train Station is a 6-minute journey on foot. Llandovery College Golf Course is also a 10minute walk away. Smiles, ambiance, rooms, breakfast, services are the very good points we noticed and that’s why we noted at a right 10. The ratio quality/price is certainly the best (ever) we found during our 4 weeks trip in Wales. Worth the détour. Fred
