Located in Weymouth, 1.9 km from Weymouth Beach and 24 km from Monkey World, Fosters Guest House provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Owners are kind and helpful. The single room was small and had everything I needed, including the hospitality tray with tea, coffee and little milks. There was also a small sponge, dishwashing liquid and a tea towel so I could wash my mug after use and later have another mug or two. Location is very close to the sea. I would recommend using the Esplanade route if you are walking with suitcases as the surface is smooth and it is only a little further to go.

Portland Bill Lighthouse is a 24-minute journey by car. The train station is a two minute walk. This is our guests' favourite part of Weymouth, according to independent reviews. Our room was lovely. Beautifully decorated and such thought and attention to detail went into it. Delicious breakfast and loved chatting to Derek.
