Everything—from the check-in process to the smallest personal touches—was handled with care and grace. The location is unbeatable, with views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea just steps away. My mornings began with an incredible breakfast spread offering a vast array of delicious options from across India and beyond. The culinary excellence was matched only by the service and presentation. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of history that envelops the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. The smart luxury and intuitive service of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand debuted in India with Conrad Pune. The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.

Situated in Koregaon Park, The Westin Pune is a pet friendly hotel that features 3 food and beverages venue and an outdoor swimming pool. It provides free parking on-site. Amazing place, perfect location for work and leisure. Wish we could have stayed longer. Extremely courteous staff and exceptional service. Koregaon Park location is idea with lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Located in Parel Mumbai, ITC Grand Central, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai features rooms and suites with city views. Everybody was super professional and kind, hotel is extremly clean and it is well equiped. The interior is very beautiful and food was amazing. Service excellent. Definitely best hotel in town.
