The place is just amazing. A beautiful house in a surrounded by trees. Fully equipped kitchen. Families were cooking dinner as if they were in their home. Buffet breakfast was simple but delicious! We wish we could stay for more than just one night!

It offers horse riding during the summer season, traditional cooking and a geothermal outdoor hot tub. Fantaatic place a short drive from Geysir. Pur child enjoyed watching the cows during bfast and dinner. Very good food both at dinner and breakfast! Cozy wooden cabin.

Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Vik is 41 km away. We stayed at Umi Hotel in Skógar for two nights as part of my birthday celebrations. The room was spacious, luxurious, and offered an incredible view of the surrounding landscape. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant both nights; the food and service were exceptional. The lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere with great service and phenomenal decor. Everything was well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing stay. The private beach was incredible, especially near sunset. The location was close to several points of interest, including Skógafoss waterfall and the Eyjafjallajökull Visitor Centre. The sauna was absolutely incredible; we were fortunate to have it to ourselves, and the pastoral view from the glass wall was breathtaking.
