The room offered stunning views, and the service was truly top-notch with warm and attentive throughout our stay. It has a lush garden, a sauna and 2 restaurants. Rooms offer free wired internet, and some boast a hot spring bath. Nice clean and big room with Mt Fuji View. The staff are very attentive. The moment my car entered the hotel compound, the staff rushed out to tender her service, including helping to unload the luggage and provision of the carpark entry card. The breakfast was nice. We chose the Japanese style breakfast and surprisingly, it was very elaborate. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous. We will come back here again when we next visit Gotemba. Btw, the carpark is a basement carpark, free parking, and the lift goes right up to the hotel room.

An outdoor swimming pool is available in August and guests can enjoy sunbathing at the terrace with a cold drink. The property is just a 1-minute walk from Itami Bus Stop. Itami Bus Stop is accessible within a 10-minute bus ride from Shimoda Train Station. We had the coziest time at the Gardenvilla. Beautiful place ran by beautiful people, so grateful for their hospitality.

There is a wide range of excellent onsen, that were very calming. The food was quite good, and there were some unique dishes that were both creative and delicious. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
