OMG the rooms are unreal. We got upgraded to the new suites in the new aisle and they're unreal. By far the best rooms we've had in Sri Lanka. They're totally stunning. Set in beautiful location, surrounded by jungle. Room was super clean. Breakfast amazing with different varieties such as eggs, fruit, coconut pancakes, big pot of good strong coffee and much more. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the main road. Restaurants and atm walking distance. Sigiriya rock again walking distance. Host was amazing, helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. We loved it there.

Beautiful, clean and spacious room with AC and fan, comfortable bed, big bathroom with goood hot water preasure. The rooms have a small porche, perfect to relax and read a book. Sri Lankan breakfast was the best we had, every day different things and all of them delicious. Although there are many restaurants around, we stayed for dinner at the homestay and food was delicious and very fair priced. We walked to Sigiriya rock and it was only 30 minutes through a very beautiful path surrounded by nature. Also, they helped us organize the Safari in Minneriya, which was great and also at a very fair price. But what makes the difference is the kindness of this family. They made us feel as if we were at home, always attentive if we needed something. We shared very good moments talking with them, and we even shared pictures. We are so thankful for having shared time with them. Thank you Nayana, Sunil and also to your daughter and son. You made our hearts a bit warmer ♥️

Beauty Hills is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Kandy, 1.6 km from Kandy Museum and 1.7 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa. The property has mountain and river views, and is 4.4 km from Bogambara Stadium. The homestay features family rooms. Hidden Gem in Kandy I was impressed by the view from the Property's balcony. Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely visiting again.

Nice and spacious and clean room. Tasty breakfast with a homey setting. But my fave was the host. Wasanthi the owner was such a nice, loving, and softspoken lady. She took a really good care of the guest. I very much felt at home in her place. Thank you!
