Extremely friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed & room, nice gym, pool, good breakfast in amazing hall, nice historic bar with exquisite menu. Hotel located in a very tranquil downtown area, well connected to main avenues to get everywhere.

Both me and my wife loved EVERYTHING, the staff was super friendly, even the barista at the Starbucks (because that hotel has a starbucks in the lobby) was a complete 1000000/10, deff would stay when we return to Monterrey
