We were two family of 4, there was more than enough space and amenities were great, quiet location but walking distance to beach, sites and close to local tram. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one!

The Japanese experience with the room. Pillows not too bad Love the private bathroom relaxed after a day walking The large window which could open to let in the sound of the crashing waves was relaxing. Breakfast was lovely, I couldn’t eat all the pastries but they were yummy Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this jewel in Yokohama was perfect. Everything the weary traveller might need is available. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the accommodation was central to places we wished to visit either on foot or via public transport - access to the subway was immediately across the road from the hotel with the local train station a mere 5 minutes walk away facilitating our return trip to the airport.

Kamakura COCON features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 1.5 km of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and 20 km of Sankeien.

The hotel was wonderful, we couldn‘t wish for more. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything. They even picked us up and brought us back to the train station and drove us to a nearby sightseeing spot without extra charge. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Lovely people and spacious comfortable traditional Japanese style room. Private onsen was wonderful, which you book when you check-in. Our booking included a traditional dinner and breakfast at a restaurant across the road, which was delicious and plentiful.
