Hotel owner has good taste. I like the deco of lobby and hot spring. There is also massage chair in the lounge. Dinner is delicate and delicious. I can get discount for An’nupuri ski ticket in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our ski life in Niseko and our stay in this wonderful hotel.

Beautiful location! Very serene and calming. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful! Food is scrumptious! Wide selection of drinks and alcohol! The fireplace add an additional coziness to the place.

The Hotel Kanronomori has everything one needs. The hotel staff is very attentive and professional. We particularly want to compliment T Ayana, who kindly assisted us with numerous arrangements and calls until we were completely satisfied. The hotel provides ski rental and ski lessons. Thanks also to Leo for making our ski lessons so enjoyable! There is a free shuttle bus to the nearest ski station. The food is excellent and varied at all times. There are many more activities and facilities such as live music at the evenings. The surroundings are mesmerising in winter, and when looked at from the hotel! We had a superb stay, and a very good part of this feeling is thanks to the hotel facilities and more importantly to its staff. Thanks to you all!

The location is perfect, right in front of Lawson. Facilities were updated, room was comfortable. There’s even free shuttle to the ski area. Buffet breakfast was too good!
