We were a big family travelling together all of us agreed that the rooms were cosy and spacious with plenty of sunlight flooding in. On top of that was we were able to see the stunning view of the Fuji mountain from our rooms. Love the traditional onsens, not one but two. Great location and the Fuji 5 lakes nearby. We loved the onsen (hot spring bath), the amazing views on mount Fuji, the stillness and the lovely hospitality. The room was huge and well equipped. If you stay here you should get dinner and breakfast the food is so good. The futon is very comfortable and cozy. The Mt Fuji view is spectacular. The onsen was very warm and nice. The room was very clean and spacious, we also had a very nice view of Mount Fuji from parts of the room. Private onsen was excellent as well. Everything was provided like a 5-star hotel, from toiletries to drinks, they even had a towel warmer! The bed was more comfortable than some hotels. The room was very big, with great views and comfortable. TheY have complimentary hot spring for guest use.
