Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. The staff was the best Huge clean and comfortable room. Loved everything

Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. The staff offered exceptional service. First we were not required to pay to check in early. This was very much appreciated. Also a ride back to the train station was offered even when it was not at the scheduled time. Lastly, precise instructions and advice were given to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
