The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, there is a public transport bus stop nearby, a grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and the details in it absolutely corresponded to the photos provided in the online gallery. We chose this residence for its convenience (10-minute walk) to Massy-Palaiseau RER station, and hence easy access to various nearby university institutions in Orsay, Bures-sur-Yvette etc, as well as to central Paris. It is a large, recently built co-living establishment in which most floors are rented to students and the top floors are available for other visitors, who then have the benefit of the co-living facilities (working and discussion spaces, leisure spaces, a gym, kitchen, bar, garden etc). Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and included a kitchenette area. Wall-to-wall, ceiling-high windows let in full light, and darkening blinds could be lowered. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly both to hotel guests like us and to the resident students.

We had the 2 bed apartment. The rooms were very spacious, clean, hot water always available with good pressure, towels and, lots of storage. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms have ok air conditioning. There are blackout shutters outside all the windows in our apartment that allow for maximum privacy and good sleep even in the day time. They have 2 fully working large lifts (in comparison to traditional parisien lifts - this is good especially if you’re travelling in a group/with luggage. Delicious varied breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh bread (baguette, toast and brioche) varied jams, fruits, pastries, yoghurts and cheeses as well as a wide assortment of juice/milk drinks with a very capable coffee machine both in the reception and dining hall. Very lovely staff across the hotel, most spoke English well, very accommodating from check in to check out - allowed for early check in as the room was available and with complimentary breakfast. When I left my bag at the bus stop near the hotel with my passport, drivers license, laptop etc in it, the receptionist in charge at the time made every effort to find it urgently before I returned to the accommodation. The location isn’t too far from central Paris - the RER B will be your best friend as the nearest station it is only 5-10 minutes away from the accommodation which is very convenient. Using that line and probably another you can get into central Paris in 40ish minutes. Initially, some of the reviews had me very concerned about the staff, room cleanliness and more but honestly I couldn’t recommend a better hotel for the price, comfortability and location. Although it’s not the Ritz, it’s everything I could’ve asked for, for a peaceful and comfortable trip!!

    A very nice and cozy place. The owner is a very kind and friendly person. Our appartament was the one with a balcony. It was clean, the kitchen was completely equipped, a bed was very comfortable. There is an wonderfull garden around. Good location, only 5-10 min walking to the nearest station RER B. Highly recommended.

    The room was clean, big enough, the kitchen nice, we liked the bathroom. There are several free of charge parking spaces in front of the hotel. The whole building including our apartment had a nice fresh scent. The staff was partially very nice and spoke good English.

    large family room with balcony is modern, blinders that protect from noise outside and make it really nice dark at night. Airco and kitchenette is handy. Garage were we could load our electric car (it is not a standard loader so don't forget to take your own cable with you) Friendly receptionist (compliment to Evaye, she is very helpful and speaks very good English) large shopping mall not very far by car from the location
