What I did not realize was that there was a fridge, hot plate and microwave oven in a small kitchenette area, with cutlery and crockery, meaning it was fully self contained for a self catering stay in Paris. A continental breakfast was available, and a coffee machine was in reception for unlimited free hot drinks. It was also just 6 minutes walk from a Metro station on a very useful line.
