The thoughtful supply of soya milk and biscuits when we said we were vegan, so not to worry about leaving the milk that the host usually left for guests. The off-road parking space, in front of the property. There are bus stops near the property, so we didn't have to drive into Brighton and find a car park. It was quiet overnight. It was very easy to get the key and to settle in. We would book again without hesitation!

A very welcoming place to stay. Convenient for town centre and rail travel but wonderfully quiet at night. I even heard a tawny owl! Efficient heating. Good shower. Enough appropriately sized cotton towels, for the shower plus a hand towel and - a lovely bonus - a face flannel. Generous, comfy bed w good pillows and quality linen. I appreciated the different options for lighting levels, the ample sockets in accessible places and the conveniently placed mirror - set on the wall above a socket I could use for the hair dryer! My host, Niki, was helpful, quick to reply to any queries and provides many a thoughtful detail including a few cooking condiments, tea/coffee, a coffee machine w capsules, plus milk in the fridge, a chocolate or two or the side and a little arrival gift. Each much appreciated. All in all a great stay.

You really have your own private little hut. Owners were very helpfull. The hut itself was clean and for cold nights, there was even an extra heating option. Loved the welcoming cupcake in the fridge along with some milk.

We had a great stay at this 3-bedroom flat in Brighton. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and it suited our needs perfectly. It’s about a 7-minute drive from the seafront, which was convenient for us. The building is a council property, but the flat itself was well-kept and welcoming. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The mattresses were on the softer side, but the bed linen was spotless and fresh. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place. We’d be happy to return next time we’re in Brighton.

    Separate studio well furnished with kitchenware, microwave, kettle, Toaster. Clean and comfortable and provide good privacy. I like the fact that i was able to get my expensive bicycle in the studio. The back door access is very convenient to not disturb the owner.

    It's unusual that I give such a good review but Kira Beach House and the hosts were both fantastic. The photos really do not do the property justice. The living room was a dream, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

    Everything The apartment was amazing, it was warm, comfortable and so well equipped. It is beautifully decorated. Everything you need and such a great location.
