Our stay in Nemea was absolutely wonderful. We didn't expect much of Nemea, as we stayed here only due to its relative proximity to Mycaene (20-30 minute drive). But the surrroundings of Nemea are beautiful, as it is situated in a valley surrounded by lovely mountains. The apartment has four balconies, and the one on the top floor is very big -- we had the excellent breakfast provided by Mary for us up on the top balcony, enjoying the sun and sweeping views over the town and valley. Nemea itself is a centre of wine tasting and we felt we could easily have stayed a second night here. Nemea is not very touristy (we think), and we enjoyed being surrounded by locals in a town that felt lived-in by locals. There aren't huge numbers of restaurants, but the centre is sweet and we could have eaten at a few different places on several evenings. The apartment itself is simply amazing. There is no detail missing, the fixtures and furniture are all high quality, the sort of things I would buy for myself at home. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. And even though the apartment is right in the centre of town, it was very quiet at night. Right beneath the apartment is a sweet little grocery store. Definitely recommend staying here! A great place to explore the northeast of the Peloponnese and to stay near (but not too near) the main motorway that leads to the southwest.

We fell in love with the Silo Stone House as soon as we walked into the garden and saw the amazing views. Everything was very good from the inside of the property to the outdoors area and the surroundings which includes a little white chapel. The inside was beautifully decorated with a lot of character and attention to detail. The house was catered with food and drink essentials and we were greeted with some very nice complimentary local products. Communication from the host was also very good and fast. Thank you Georgia for everything!

Perfectly located in a small but vibrant town ( evening) to visit the temple of Zeus in Nemea ( 5 minutes by car ) and Mycenae ( 20 minutes ). And of course to visit one of the many wine-houses in this excellent wine region. At walking distance from the apartment many bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean, large and comfortable. Never had so many facilities and amenities available at any other hotel or apartment. Many drinks and some food is offered as warm welcome. Fluent communication with host Nikos. Warmly recommend this apartment to discover this charming part of Greece

Everything was perfect.This one room house has everything the guest would need.Structure,kitchen,lighting all are good. You can park your car just in front of the door and even this is one story house but it has a roof top. At the roof top, there is a cozy sofa and table which you can sit enjoying sunset with wine.The last admiring point was breakfast.In the morning,the host couple brought very fresh and delicious Greek breakfast with their hands.Thank you for your warmest hospitality.

Everything was perfect. Our host, Natasha was very kind and she upgraded us to a better standing appartement with a see view. All facilities such as restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc. are very close yo the residence. The location is perfect to visit Péloponèse major sites is a few days. We do recommend :-)
