Big room, lots of space, very helpful and tentative staff. Good proximity to the airport - no stress in getting there in time! Nice dinner - a lot of meat available, which was nice given how veg dominated most of our meals were in India.

Mom’s villa is an exceptional place that is well located in a secure, calm residential area that is close to the airport too. Large spacious house ideal for stay with families. All the facilities provided were very functional and clean. Prashant is an excellent host whose demeanour made the stay even more pleasant. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxation The location was ideal, with easy access to Kochi's main attractions and just 4KM from airport. Room service was prompt and efficient. Loved to location in a small village close to the airport, so much better than staying in a hotel. The large apartment was light and airy and comfortable. The hosts Sunil and Juby were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They sorted out lunch and even offered to drive us to a restaurant in the evening. We stayed local and ate opposite the apartment which was great. They arranged a taxi to the airport which was around a 15 minute drive. A perfect end to our holiday in India.

I have stayed in 1st floor 1 bed room apartment for 7days and this location is very quiet, calm and safe. it’s also very close to Rajagiri hospital (5 minutes walking distance). Apartment was very clean and tidy. Tefy who is the building owner take care of us and verry friendly, also he makes sure that we get everything we want. Everyday he call and ask if everythin is going well or not.
