Amazing remote location, not far from the town Eglisstadir, the hosts were really helpful, it was clean and comfortable. We saw the Northern Lights that night at the guesthouse and it was really beautiful experience. I recommend this guesthouse for everyone who is traveling on the east side of Iceland.

The cottage is so adorable!! We were there in small group of 3 people and it was really good we had space and the cottage is not small :)! We appreciate terase, grill, river and the space - we really felt amazing around nature, river and siting on terase it have so good feeling we are sad we didnt stay some days more but definitly i save this cottage for next time :)! Exceptional location overlooking the fiords and the town. Very nice host who came over to check all was good as we arrived in the middle of a storm. And he also brought chocolate cookies as a welcome gift! I would definitely recommend this place. You can really see that this cottage is cured with love by the owner.
