The owners are really nice and helpful, also the location is right near the bridge to civita so we could enjoy many hours of quiet and peaceful time in the area, early morning or later afternoon, without the turist crowds.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was absolutely amazing—super friendly, helpful, and always available if anything was needed. I liked the privacy, room was very big, beds very comfortable, toalett was clean. Everything I needed was available. Breakfast was included abdbthe host gave a wonderful service. There were no buss in Sunday, and the host drove me to the train station to get my train to Rome. I will definitely recommend to family and friends, and will book whenever am coming yo Civita Nova

    Location was perfect, personalised service and breakfast were all very good . Use of kitchen and fridge . Entry to Civitia is included in the accommodation so we were able to visit for dinner in the evening and again before check out . The bathroom products are very nice also.

    Very good and central location. The terracce was very nice and it was a wonderful view over the treetops from the bedroom window. The kitchen was very well equipped. All in all a very nice apartment.

    This apartment truly feels like home away from home! Clean, spacious, cozy and has absolutely everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The bedrooms and bathroom are extra spacious and give so much comfort, then the kitchen which contains every element I could possibly ask for. Jacobo is a great host with flawless communication.
