A very spacious, clean and tidy apartment with a very nice view enjoying sunset. Host and hostess are frii and nice. Though can't speak in English, yhey used great efforts via Google translator to let us with the apartment and introduce good eatery and places worthy to go around.

The apartment was wonderfully quaint and had everything we needed. The host left lovely juice and cakes for us. It was easy to find, instructions were clear and it was easy to get the key from the lock box. The place is just perfectly located in the middle of the old town and beautifully kept. So ver special to stay in such an old building. The bathroom was perfectly clean, shower and toilet space quite small but perfect for us. Parking was close by - make sure you have coins!! We really really enjoyed Montepulciano and definitely will come back again one day in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Terra Antica Appartamenti - magnificent setting with incredible views of Tuscan landscape and Montepulciano on the hill. Such comfortable accommodation - it felt like our own villa! We loved the swimming pool with the view and the hottub jacuzzi with a view was a real treat! Nice little touches of gowns, slippers, welcoming bottle of wine and use of Laundry facilities. We loved being able to prepare our own breakfast and it was all so comfortable and wonderful. A warm welcome also from Mario at the main Terra Antica venue when we fetched out key. Gracie mille!

    Large, top floor well appointed apartment. Large en-suite with walk in shower with good water pressure. Kitchen with table & chairs is a nice space & two balconies. Very close to large supermarket & 10 mins walk from old town. Off road parking & excellent aircon in all rooms!

    In Mery's house, everything was perfect. Location was very good and nicest place. Clean, comfortable, nice inside designs, good beds and rooms, very clean bathroom and kitchen. And TV, all appliances were the best quality and very clean. Also. Host Mery was so kind and helped us everything. We visited many airbnb, but this was the best places.

    We just loved it here. Having travelled widely across Italy for over thirty years this was the best self catering apartment we have ever had. Only a few minutes from Montepulciano this is a gem. So well kept and so peaceful. Some good bars and excellent restaurants only a few minutes away. If you are a cyclist the roads and tarmac are a dream!!

    Fabulous location near the old city centre but still very quiet and tranquil. The house is very neat and tidy with everything needed for a short or long stay. The kitchen facilitates are perfect. The rooms are spacious with great views of the countryside. Paulo was very helpful and attentive.

    Apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, washing machine). It has very rustical feeling, almost living in someone's home. However very clean. Beautiful countryside, 5 min away by car from Montepulciano (you need a car, but there is free parking on the property)

    Enchanting views of Tuscany right next to the house, next to the cosy valley of Montepulciano, the Orcia Valley, the perfect pool, the perfect homeowner. Clean rooms, everything you need in the kitchen. Montepulciano wine and pecorino cheese, strawberries and cherries. Breathtaking sunsets and being surrounded by nature. It's hard to imagine anything better:)
