Warm welcome and excellent host. Room was very clean and had everything needed. Although very close to the city center, it was very quite. City center is on walking distance, property can also easily be reached with bus, stops in from of the property. Perfect breakfast and great view over the Singel at breakfast!

Great place to stay near Utrecht. Hosts were super nice upon arrival even if we were a little earlier and the place is really nice. It was clean, with a private bathroom and a small kitchen. Not in the center of the city but it is easy to get there with bikes (we had our own but the house has some guests can use).

We very much enioyed our stay here. The cottage has a comfy vibe and is equipped with pretty much everything you could possibly need. The outside garden is to die for and there are plenty of spots where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind. They gave us some really useful recommendations that enhanced our experience as first-time tourits in the Netherlands. Overall, it was truly a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this place!

    The studio apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the basic utensils but they were more than sufficient. A nice supply of tea and coffee was a thoughtful touch. The room with a view to the inner courtyard was quiet and peaceful. The heavy curtains were perfect to keep the long evening light at bay. The neighbourhood is present, a walking distance to bars, cafés and the old town. I really enjoyed my stay.
