The rooms are big and the view onto the ocean was great in all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed or stay very much. The owner Sultan responded quickly and was very helpful.

The house is a Santorini style color scheme, with a small yard and mini pool, and the furnishings and finishes are very environmentally friendly. The beach is close at hand. Bedroom with one queen bed and sofa in living room, a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can even cook for yourself. The host is very easy to talk to, he will be happy to solve all your problems, all in all a very pleasant stay. Make sure the navigation address is accurate and avoid entering the narrow roads in the village. You can park in a nearby public car park and then need to walk a short distance to your room.

Very welcoming and hospitable reception staff (I received a family room upgrade for free too), conveniently located near bus stop - Muscat_Municipality_2, near a few restaurants and a Spar Supermarket in Ruwi neighbourhood, clean, safe and at a correct price! Drinking water is provided for free, kettle in the room, air conditioning system working well, good transport options nearby (with bus number 4 you can go from the hotel to Ruwi Central Bus station and then to Muscat Airport with bus A1 or to Muscat Corniche till Al Alam Palace area ; 0.3 rials is a bus trip in Muscat area mentioned earlier - bus no. 4 and 0.5 rials is a trip to Muscat Airport - payable cash, in OMR (Omani Rials) in the A1 bus). Good to have: An Omani sim that can be bought from the Muscat Airport Arrivals Area enabling besides data and local calls to use OTaxi App for ordering taxi trips at a right price, as for the locals (for example, a night trip from Mutrah Souq area to hotel was 1 OMR using this app and the price was known in advance). Mwasalat app is also nice to have if you want to check public buses schedule at each stop and their routes.
