Sunshine Cottage is a lovely place to stay in the area of Fish Hoek, and I would definitely recommend it. Very clean, comfortable, private, and spacious enough for two people. Great facilities and within walking distance to the beach. The place is quiet and has a supermarket (Spar) not far from. Private parking and excellent wifi. Comfortable bed and a great shower! Enjoyed the coffee, milk, and the biscuits that the hosts left for us too :-)

A warm welcome and help with the luggage. The room was very nicely decorated with all comforts. The shared living room and kitchen are also fantastic. Delicious breakfast. Sorry we couldn't stay longer.

We had such a lovely room with a gorgeous view to the ocean. Delicious breakfasts every morning. It was a short walk across the meadow to restaurant and coffee shop and beach. We didn’t move our car for the three days we were there, we enjoyed pottering around Kommetjie and along the beautiful beach.

Martin is so passionate about hosting. I instantly felt right at home. The King Sized Bed is an absolute treat!😍 I slept like a baby. Very fine touch and so much consideration for the guest. I felt so special with the little additions and an honesty bar makes it so much easier to sit down, unwind and relax without having to go out and buy anything. FANTASTIC bird life right on the balcony. If you"re a bird watcher, I highly recommend this as your stay. Very Memorable and located in such a pristine villiage.

    The property has the most beautiful views of the ocean. The fact that you can close your eyes and all you hear is the slashing sounds of the waves. The bedrooms was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was so big and beautiful.

    the house is just beautiful! the garden, pool, balcony just lovely! the kitchen has everything you need. the bedrooms are nice and chilly even when it’s hot outside. we enjoyed our stay very much and Julia is always there if you need her, gives great recommendations and manages everything with love!
