He went above and beyond to address an issue with the refrigerator (handled within 5 minutes) to arrange laundry service, and to provide luggage storage. (There are large luggage lockers in the lobby that may be used prior to checkin or after checkout.) Breakfast is served in the lovely Bixi Cafe next door. This is a great place to stay!

The apartment is big, centrally located, very clean and has everything you need. The shower is super hot and has a good pressure! Guillermo is a very welcoming host, he helps you with everything, is always antentive even until nighttime. Once he helped us out with something at 22:00 night. This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. It was my place of rest during a long trip. Centrally located, a park a block away and many restaurants in the same street. A few blocks from the main square 9th July. The apartment is nice, and yes the shower overflows a bit as many people mentioned. But that does not take away from the rest.The bed is wonderful, good pillows and very comfy and nice sheets. Airconditioning was great, as it was hot during my stay. Last but not least, Fabricio is the best host ever, always available and replying quickly. And a great sense of humor. Loved it and would most certainly stay again.
