We forgot our car key and he made sure to make it available to us upon our return. Our car got a warning of having to be moved during the time we were away and he moved it for us since he had the key. He really went above and beyond what one would expect of a host! The place was nice and well equipped with the small things that make a trip enjoyable (coffee, breakfast cereal, milk, feminine hygiene products, etc...) available in the apartment. Not enough people make that extra effort to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.

Helpful and replied instantly when we had issues. 2. 2 in 1 washer/ dryer. Set machine on 4.5hr at night and clothes are all dry the next morning. Extremely convenient. 3. Building's corridors, lift landings and car park have sensor lights/switches. It can be dark if those are not on
