Set in Nikiana and only 700 metres from Limni Beach, athilia offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 6.9 km from Dimosari Waterfalls. All rooms are equipped with a balcony with mountain views. Alex and Aggeliki are very nice people, very hospitable. Rooms and the whole building with small details is so carefully planned, everything adjusted for guests to feel welcome and comfortable. All listed amenities are true, rooms are fully equipped with everything that you could need, even more than listed in amenities. Nikiana is a pretty crowded village but the place is really quiet, though, we slept with open windows all the time, The aircon was not so needed in September. NV beach is just across the road which is very close, not so steep path down to the road, though really short, maybe steep part is only 10 meters or so. Stores, bakery, farmacy, shops, fast food, restaurant all pretty close. By car, around 30 mins to Kathisma and others like Agiofili, Mylos, Pefkoulia beach a bit closer than Kathisma. Beaches in Nikiana like Nikiana, Limni, Paralia and others are also pretty nice, we loved them. All in all, everything was perfect really 😎Don't hesitate to take a look at nice things in Aggeliki's and Alex's shop, prices are really affordable, you're gonna be pleasantly surprised 🥰

Excellent hospitality and fantastic accommodation including all amenities. Main Lefkada town only 6 min drive away. Konstadina was a wonderful attentive host, fluent in English she also provided advice on restaurants and beaches to visit.

My wife and I stayed here for our 10-year anniversary trip and we absolutely loved our stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The Wifi was fantastic, which was very important to me because I unfortunately had to work every night. The location was great! It was just outside the hustle and bustle (we prefer calm and quiet), but still a close walk to the town center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we always looked forward to chatting with them whenever we left or arrived during the day. We would definitely stay here again :)

They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a bowl full of fresh fruit. It has a very clean kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine - pods provided also! and other teas/coffees, etc. It was super-clean, felt the need to remove the shoes before entering and the person cleaning the property was very nice to us and very helpful, the room is cleaned and towels replaced everyday! Even sheets were changed on day 2. The photos don't do the room justice - it looks even better in person (cannot say that for other properties we visited in Greece). Also, the location is perfect, right around the corner from the pedestrian street (a lot of shops a long the road, especially for waffles one was right at the corner before going to the property!), and they have a private parking spot for the residents of the property so that was also super comfortable as otherwise it might be quite hectic to find parking. They also handed us a small goody bag with local olives and a souvenir on our last day, which was very nice of the hosts :) Going to Nydri, look no further.

The apartment is incredibly beautiful, so thoughtfully designed, and exactly like the photos. I travel a lot, and I’ve never been this satisfied with a place. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. The town is beautiful and sweet. Great caffe places near by, wonderful bakeries and taverns. We had wonderful time! The staff were great and helpful with everything.
