It was so good that we booked another two nights for the end of our trip in the area, so from two nights it turned into six.

I would highly recommend this place for those traveling with a car - it will make it even easier to reach all the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely come back again!

Hotel Vasilis Nafplio rooms are very spacious featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. They all include a kitchenette, where guests can prepare a quick meal. They are equipped with air conditioning and TV, and they have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. There is an iron and an ironing board available, which is uncommon at 3 star accommodations. The view on Palamidi fortress and the sea was spectacular. The location was very good, only a short walk to charming city center. The hotel is uphill, but not hard to reach. The stuff was great. We had an amazing stay at Vasilis hotel. I highly recommend this place.

It's perfectly located, walkable to town in minutes and had space nearby for on street parking. In short, everything we needed as a family with a toddler.

We arrived earlier, and he kindly allowed us to check in to put our stuff the room. He also gave us a helpful tip to visit the beach right away, which turned out to be perfect timing as it saved us from the afternoon rain. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center, the beach, and located between two fortresses. Breakfast was fantastic—delicious and very satisfying. On our last day, we had an early checkout, and the host thoughtfully prepared our breakfast the night before so we wouldn't miss it. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again if we return to Nafplion or the surrounding area.
