Just 7 minutes from the airport. It was spacious ,comfortable and clean . The beds and even the sofa bed were really comfortable. Lots of towels and toiletries. There was a coffee machine and lots of coffee pods, herbal teas and snacks for us.Just fabulous. But the best thing of all was the host Rossy and her son Simone. Rossy was absolutely exceptional. From the communication before we arrived, to the information and help she gave us when we arrived. She was exceptionally helpful and lovely. We had a problem with our rental car and she got her son to take us back into the airport the next day to sort it out. When we texted her with a question she replied promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She really cares about her guests and we felt valued and looked after. I cannot speak highly enough of her. We will never forget her kindness.

EVERYTHING was above expectations including the hosts who met us at the property and arranged a very early morning ride to the airport on our departure date. The flat is BRAND NEW and comfortable, spacious, clean and in a great location for your trip in/out of FCO.

The property was a short bus ride from the airport has managed by a wonderful host who also lives in the complex. She made our short day, feel very welcomed and comfortable, providing us with a recommendation for restaurant late in the evening and assisting us the next day with getting our bus tickets back to the airport.

The place was absolutely beautiful - immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host was fantastic - communication was clear, prompt, and friendly throughout, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially the complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful way to start our morning. The location was also perfect for exploring the town and nearby beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our time in Gaeta. Highly recommended!
