Very good location and a very good price to value. I loved the bathtub next to the bed which was very comfortable for two people and the sauna was a great way to relax as well. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We came extra a second time for this place as it was very lovely.

The apartments and the surrounding area were so clean and had everything you could dream of. Tina was a wonderful hostess. The children loved the pool and the animals. The breakfast was great. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. The apartment is large and very comfortable. On ground floor, with a large terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Half hour walk to the Duomo ( but a steep hill to start with). Supermarkets ( Lidl and Eurospin) within a kiliometre. We only had one night but it would make a great base for exploring Umbria, staying for a week or more.

The property was in a great location less than 100 meters from Main Street in montefalco. It is right next to a lovely authentic church. The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco. It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days. Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls. Great central location to stay in montefalco main town.

The bed was very comfortable, there was good fragrance at the house, and the host put thoughtful and useful food :)

Station 27 is a few minutes walk from the main train station, the mini metro which takes you up to the old town and a very well stocked supermarket. The apartment is very well equipped, has a very comfortable bed, is spotlessly clean and has a lovely view of the old city on the hill. Sonia met us to give us keys etc and was very helpful with information on where things were and how to get around.
