This apartment block is 2 years old and is running super smoothly. aAll the staff are exceptionally helpful and do their very best to accommodate any wish. Security is tight but not officious, the gym is well equipped and the pool is heated. The apartment was very spacious with a reasonable sized balcony and great views of the GTC building opposite. A very comfortable bed and pillows. Sheets and towels changed every other day and cleaning 6 days a week. Perfect for a longer stay such as mine. Kitchen well fitted and fully equipped and bathrooms nice too. Really impossible to find fault especially with the shopping mall below for convenience. I very rarely give a 10 but this place definitely ticks all the boxes

We had special requests - once a snack instead of breakfast, night check-out, taxi... they accommodated us in everything. The accommodation was beautiful, in a safe location, in a beautiful garden. The breakfast was excellent. It's not too far from here to the giraffe center and the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage (we took an Uber). Definitely recommend!

Fantastic staff. Antony was super throughout our stay. Really enjoyed resting here. The shopping center next door was fine with a few options for food.

You can enjoy a garden view from all the rooms. the facility is well kept. the staff was exceptionally accommodating. the pleasant surprise was the bed comfort level.

Situated 12 km from Nairobi National Museum and 13 km from Kenyatta International Conference Centre in Nairobi, Roysambu Gem Cozy and Modern offers accommodation with a kitchenette. This apartment features free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The accommodation offers a housekeeping service and private check-in and check-out for guests. It was clean and restaurants were easily accessible from the property. It was also quiet which suited my preference and there was entertainment facilitated by the television and wi-fi. Water and power were readily available. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay as it was a fantastic experience.
