We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

Janet made us feel right at home making our visit to Negombo nicer and welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean; a nice size bathroom with hot water. The rooftop offers beautiful views of the area. Maria Villa is located on a quiet street within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. We would stay here again.

Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The accommodation was very central. It was well signposted, making it easy to find. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and both hot and cold showers were available. Additionally, he drove us to the airport very early in the morning for just around 3 euros. A perfect way to end our time in Sri Lanka.
