The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, and ready to use Google translate to explain to us in English about the bungalow we were staying in. Home cooked breakfasts were delicious and so filling (we hiked Bobotov Kuk and the breakfast kept us going the whole time)! The nearby Piva Canyon and drive in was stunning, and we wish we had more time to explore the surrounds! It's a little over an hour drive into Zabljak if you're wanting to do walks like the Black Lake, and about an hour to drive to the start of Bobotov Kuk along a really scenic drive. Kitchen had a stove, oven and refrigerator, which were helpful for us to cook some dinners. The electric heater was great to heat up the bottom floor (we stayed in late October) and the top floor with beds seemed to stay warm enough from the afternoon sun (we could have taken the heater upstairs if needed). Overall, one of our favourite stays in Montenegro!

Nikola is best host you can have, giving all advice and my favourite- works at zip line, where’s he’s an absolute star! He also organised for us a boat tour on the Piva lake, that’s a great experience especially when we were the only people on the whole lake at the time😀 Best value for money, once I’m back in north Montenegro, I’ll stay here once again for sure 👍🏻

The cabin was really cozy and everything was really clean. Kids loved the area and were able to play outside. The fireplace was our favorite, would love to come back someday!
