We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. We had dinner relevant to a 5 star restaurant meal, freshly cooked and one of the best breakfast for a small place like this. Good luck to the people owning this place! The apartment was almost brand spanking new, nearly without wear and tear. The price was extremely competitive. And the owners put in a lot of nice touches like a bunch of free chocolates and of course free coffee. Parking is free too. This is among the very best hotels / apartments that I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 11 days, and it was a wonderful decision! The host is super nice and helpful. I once asked her if she knows if there is snow on Mölltaler Gletscher, she called them to ask in German and and gave us more useful information location is great - near main roads but quite. A restaurant & supermarket within a walking distance The apartment is huge with excellent facilities such as washing machine, dryer, dish washer & well equipped kitchen
