We had a great stay. The apartment design was very nice, modern but with a cosy feeling. very big rooms. A big living room with a sofa and television which was great for hanging out in the evening together with our friends. The location was nice a little isolated and not in the city center, but that is what we liked about it. the kitchen was excellently equipped with everything required for cooking in the evening, which we liked a lot. We did a lot of hiking in the Stubai Valley with the Stubai card included for cable cars. There is also a very nice hike near, the Grawa waterfalls which is very recommended. We had a great stay and we highly recommend the apartment.

Absolutely perfect place with a family atmosphere. The tireless owner tried his best to make us the best. I really appreciate his efforts in running the hotel. We were happy to forgive some minor imperfections.

The swimming pools were pristine and provided us with a refreshing escape. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our days lounging by the pool and taking in the breathtaking views. The location itself was magical, and the peaceful atmosphere of Langenfeld made us wish we could live there permanently. I stayed in Sepp & Hannis apartment for one night after completing the Stubai High Trail. We just wanted to have one night to relax, use wellness and unwind. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the staff was very personal. I was very impressed with the wellness facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many vegetarian options, fresh juice from a juicer and excellent coffee. I will be back!

Great property but a little stressful to actually locate. Booking.com needs a better map pin placement and our host needs to show a picture of the the road junction up the property who is high above the road heading south into Obergurgl.
