It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.

Apartment looks like in the pictures. We were on summer vacation, in August, with small baby (7.5 months old). The apartment was clean, there are enough towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We were happy with the Nespresso coffee machine, which we didn’t see in the pictures. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. An excellent location for trips to the lakes and mountains, as well as to the thermal baths. Nice park is next to the house. It is quiet during the day and night. We had a great rest and would like to come again.

We spent our vacation at Hotel Sonnenheim and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The accommodation was excellent, the service outstanding, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily, and everything is kept in perfect order. A special highlight of our experience was the food — truly top-notch! Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and presented at the highest level. It exceeded our expectations in every way and added so much to the overall experience. The owners are incredibly kind and always ready to answer any questions or help with anything you need. This place is a dream. We stayed at the junior sweet just for one night. The dinner was outstanding. The staff so friendly and attentive. We used the spa facilities and they were amazing. The garden with the lake access was just too good to be true. We are definitely coming back. We had breakfast in the garden overlooking the mountains.
