Great place to step away from your daily life. The place is remote and very quiet. Views are amazing. Pierre is such a lovely host, making you feel at home, great food and great atmosphere. Love the fact that you can either relax or enjoy the winter facilities on site. I will definitely come back.

Our 4th time here. Séverine is simply lovely. Rooms are spotless, views stunning, location perfect for the Haute Route, bathrooms with double sinks, comfy beds and so peaceful. Excellent food and brekkie. Right next to bus stop, shop and trails. We will keep coming back!

This hotel certainly is grand, with all modern amenities in a traditional setting. The restaurant was also excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a bonus when hiking into Arolla that Kurhaus is the first place you come to!

Host Doris is very kind. The accommodation is beautiful, stylish, clean—everything feels like new and is equipped exactly as you need. I really loved my room and its view! It was very spacious for one person. There were also a hiking backpack and a tote bag inside the closet. The coffee station and minibar were all included, which is quite rare. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious! You will always find something to eat in the lobby, such as snacks, cakes, croissants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone.
