The room was great! Spacious and very clean. Staff were brilliant, when we asked about where we could find somewhere to eat they kindly reserved a table in the restaurant nextdoor for us. The hotel buffet breakfast had a great selection and was well worth it.

This residence is set within a garden in a peaceful setting at the centre of Thonon-les-Bains, in front of Lake Geneva and 20 minutes from the train station.

The apartment was like a home from home, the messages from the host both when booking and ahead of our arrival were perfect and allowed us a very smooth check-in. The apartment had everything we needed for our short 2 night stop over to explore the local area, my family were very comfortable and we loved the balcony!

Everything! The staff were very professional and very pleasant. The food was excellent as well as the service. Lovely spa where I had a wonderful massage. I cannot fault anything with regards to the staff! Beautiful views from the hotel.
