It was amazing, great view, comfortable bed, friendly staff. It was my birthday when we were at the hotel the owner of the hotel congratulated me, she is very attentive. She and her friends who were vacationing at the hotel at this time sang a Happy Birthday song to the guitar. It was a very pleasant experience. Whee (I suppose I spelled the owner's name correctly) prepare very good Thai food, I recommend everyone to try it out

The staff was friendly, we checked in particularly late but they were still waiting for us. The location was also great, close to all the snow parks.

It was perfect for us to make an active holiday on the border of Val di Fiemme and Fassa. The hotel is right on the bicycle route, not far from Moena or Predazzo, close to cabin airway to Latemar hiking center. Owner Emili and the rest of the staff was very kind and flexible. We loved Biolago near Predazzo in the summer heat.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, great view. Silent and safe area around. 10 minutes by car to slopes. It was super nice to get a place in the internal garage for free.

Our stay at this winter hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect — just steps away from the ski lift, making every morning incredibly convenient. Even on the most active skiing days, starting the adventure was a breeze without the hassle of a long commute to the slopes. The rooms were cozy and offered breathtaking mountain views. Coming back here after a day on the slopes was pure bliss. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful details in the decor that created a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were amazing — diverse and filling. Each morning, I felt energized and ready to conquer the slopes. In the evenings, returning to the hotel meant enjoying a relaxing spa session or indulging in a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. They provided me with plenty of helpful tips on routes, equipment rentals, and even shared some local secrets about the best runs. The apartment was brilliant. A good amount of space for 2 of us, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely view over the town of Moena. Although the parking for the hotel was limited they let you drop your bags in and then directed us to a free car park which was just 50 metres down the road so no bother at all. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and location wise it was right in the centre of Moena so close to everything we needed. We tried out the Bistro in the hotel and it was lovely - great food and service. All in all a great stay.
