The house was comfortable. Located among private houses, the location was serene and a real retreat for a break.5 minutes by car to Tsugaike Kogen ski resort made it abreeze to drop off skiers and pick them up when done! The heating was perfect and never too drying and the washing machine and dryer was marvellous. The kitchen was fully equipped and we actually made dinner in the house as going out at night in the snow didnt sound appealing! Mr Kudo lives next door and always available if needed. he even ofered to drive us around.

Beautiful place, Will stay again. Room: Big spacious room, with bedroom and seperate living space. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook a light meal. Big Breakfast basket was given to us which included eggs, assorted breads, juices, cold cuts etc. Room was very clean. Facilities: Big common lounging space, nice restaurants with a view, which were unfortunately closed I suppose due to not many guests. Service: Staff was very quick to respond and were extremely polite and nice. Resort shuttle was very good, they dropped and picked us up from all hiking points, supermarket and also pick and drop to the station.

The location was perfect! We stayed in winter during the ski season so there were plenty of shuttle services to help everyone get around. the staff were all so lovely !

Owners are very nice. Bob and his wife gave us a very warm welcome. A very nice place to stay. A very magnificent view at the rooftop to see the mountain range in Hakuba. Bob also drove us to the gondala by his car in the morning. This place is very foreigners friendly due to I can use English to communicate. Room is very spacious and amenities and things in the room are very good.
