Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

In a word everything. The property is like something out of a James Bond movie. The room was excellent with two onsen, one outside with an incredible view. The layout of the room and the decor were to our taste and amazing in its simplicity. This aspect was evident it the rest of the hotel, from the corridors with work windows strategically placed, to the communal areas. The Kaiseki dinners were also excellent and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

Centrally located in Hirafu's Upper Village, boutique hotel Chalet Ivy Hirafu, Niseko offers natural hot spring baths and delicately prepared cuisine.

- Property is a 5 minute walk from kutchan Station, 3 minute walk from a supermarket, so you can cook and prepare food as you like. - The views around the property are gorgeous. - There is also a free shuttle every morning to the slopes. - The place is clean and has a homey vibe. - manager Ryo-san is an asset to this place, he is an expert on the area and a great host. Food: many kinds of food, like coffee, eggs, etc. And you can also do self-service Location: Only 200 meters (I think) away from Niseko grand Hirafu, it's easy to get my destination. Staff: The lord lady is very patient and I am appreciate that she waited us until 12:00 pm. We also had nice talks about life, playing and works.
