Friendly and welcoming hospitality. The location was fabulous and the rooms were clean. Delicious array of dishes for the buffet. We really enjoyed the New Year’s Day firework exhibit and the fact that we could access the slopes straight from the hotel✨

Location close enough to walk to ski area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. Great coffe too! Room clean and very comfortable beds. Quiet location. Bonus of hot spring bath on site. On our arrival staff gave directions/map of area in English and suggested places to eat—very helpful as we don’t speak Japanese.

Lovely old Japanese style place, I think it's very traditional. So many types of onsen, and English speaking staff will explain the important times when men aren't allowed into them. Also the food is absolutely amazing and generally a lovely area and atmosphere.
