Very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very professional and very lovely, especially Mr.Stanislav, Ms.Kristina and Ms.Sofia.

They managed to give a secluded mountain spa vibe but in-town. It felt cozy, relaxing and overall just a great flow and energy to the place. Food was delicious. Service was top-notch. Overall very comfy. Spa stay was lovely touch as well. They were very welcoming to our dog too!

What a lovely place! The lady who manages this place is superb - very friendly and helpful, speaks good English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The location could not be better.
