There is a shared lounge at this property and guests can go walking tours nearby. Everything was perfect. The location is very close to Lierna train station which is around 10 mins from Varenna. You avoid the expensive area of Varenna while having a really amazing place to stay. The owner did not forget any detail. He even waited for me in the train station. I would definitely recommend it to anymore that wants to avoid the overpriced area of Varenna while at the same time been close enough to it.

The facilities were excellent and had everything I needed.

The location is up hill and have to do a little climbing of the stairs but that experience is mind boggling. The host Serena was amazing! She was so cooperative, kind and caring. She made our stay wonderful, she guided us about how and where to go. She prebooked taxis for us whenever we needed it. Overall experience was fantastic!

She was extremely pleased by the size of the room, amenities and amazing breakfast. Location was great too - just a couple minutes from lake Como and 7-8 minutes to the city center. But most importantly, owners of this place are extremely welcoming and helpful. The shared many tips for getting around the area, visiting local restaurants and travelling around Lake Como, that made my mom's stay unforgettable.

Photos accurate, kitchen well outfitted. Fabio, our host, was gracious and kind with a nice sense of humor. We loved the location since it was away from the hustle bustle of the main tourist area (15 minute walk) and was peaceful and quiet. Grocery store within walking distance.
