The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

The apartment is perfectly located for your Etna hike, 20 minutes outside Catania. The family who owns the property is very friendly and helped us with finding an amazing restaurant. Parking on site, super helpful staff, high chair for babies, great pizzeria in the same building as the hotel, super comfy beds and baby crib, great pressure in showers, excellent breakfast (eggs to order, fresh juices, freshly cut ham and cheese etc - if you don't speak Italian just ask for all of these - ex. fresh yogurt is in fridge, not on the buffet; you need to ask for cooked eggs/omelette yourself). The town is cute, a couple of great patisseries (Russo was one of our favorites in all our travels to Italy), location close to Etna while not too far away from the beach,

Giovanni was an excellent host and we will definitely be back whenever we visit Etna again. The B&B is very well equipped and situated just 30 minutes away from Etna making it the perfect location if you would like to center your holiday around ETNA/Catania/Taormina/Savoca etc. We were welcomed with our dogs with open arms and we couldn't be more grateful. The breakfast was also a highlight to our day. Overall a wonderful stay at Giovanni's who was always willing to help us and suggest places to go. Thank you
