The hotel is fairly new, very well appointed, and a great location with enough things to do in Hanazono. The thing we appreciated most was the hospitality -- the staff were very attentive and helpful, from the front desk, room service and in-house dining. Our room had a beautiful view, the beds and beddings were great. We actually had the best sleep here.

The room was excellent with two onsen, one outside with an incredible view. The layout of the room and the decor were to our taste and amazing in its simplicity. This aspect was evident it the rest of the hotel, from the corridors with work windows strategically placed, to the communal areas. The Kaiseki dinners were also excellent and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

JR Niseko Train Station is located a 10-minute taxi ride away. Hotel owner has good taste. I like the deco of lobby and hot spring. There is also massage chair in the lounge. Dinner is delicate and delicious. I can get discount for An’nupuri ski ticket in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our ski life in Niseko and our stay in this wonderful hotel.
